So many people think that they have to be in all of the details. I just told you my story of how I felt like I had to be in all the details. But the fact is that people are better than you at most things, you can find someone that is good at you, good as, or better than you are in a lot of the things in your business. You know, I used to think that I had to be in project management because I had control of that. I knew what repairs needed to be done, but I don’t know if it’s ego for most business owners, but there’s something that it’s hard for business owners to get their hands off the details.
