Yeah. That’s what I love talking about is, you know, people get so caught up in the details and I always referenced it as the first 10 years of my business. In the first 10 years of my business, I did everything that I didn’t like to do. And I thought I had to do everything. And we were talking, I think it’s probably a few months ago when we first started conversing. And it was like, how do we grow our businesses without doing more? How do we add to additional businesses without doing more? And obviously, as you said, it’s people, it’s systems.
