So 120 days a year of travel. So I talk about Parkinson’s law a lot, cause you know, I used to work 80 hour weeks and you know, I only work typically a few hours in my real estate business. I have a really good team that runs most of this. So I just kind of look at the high-level operations of it. And my business does way more in that few hours now than when I used to work 80 hours a week.
