Yeah, there’s stuff I like to keep in the house. You know, I’ve got quite a few rentals, so I like keeping that in-house because I’ve had other management companies, you know, manage properties and I’ve never found a really good property manager over 20 years. So there are things that you do want to keep in-house. There are things that, you know, you may want to have at least one assistant. So you have that person on call to give stuff to, but at the same time, as I said, I mean, there are people on Upwork that will work hourly as needed sometimes and take on a few hours here and there. We don’t have to commit to 30 to 40 hours a week for an employee.
