And, you know, it’s not quite what you were talking about with gut, but it’s like that thing where people just care and they want to make things happen, whether it’s, you know, taking initiative and moving things forward or taking something that could be a mistake and figuring out how to solve it, minimize it. Right. So I think people just care, I would rather have someone that, you know, gives, you know, what, and, and works their tail off and really wants to make things happen. And someone that has a Harvard degree that, you know, isn’t going to do a lot.
